Updated my Colors Quiet Book Tutorial

I decided to update the tutorial for the 'my colors' quiet book, it is still available as a Google doc over at the original tutorial post. I've added some additional directions and tips and a fun cover. (What is an update without a fun cover? Loving the chevron stripes!)
