A Spooky Banner for Your Home
This was way fun to make and super easy! The banner is made from felt and cotton fabrics. I got the idea of hanging it on ric rack because I heart ric rack. It makes anything happy! The ric rack had an unplanned effect...making it seem more 'vintagely'....or at least to me.
